McKEEVER ROWAN SOLICITORS seeks to recruit a full time Senior Property Solicitor who has the ability to manage a busy caseload. The role may suit someone looking to merge their practice. It requires a candidate with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience.

The primary focus of the work will be on residential and commercial conveyancing and probate.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and will possess a solid work ethic. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills to rapidly develop a rapport with clients.

• Strong work ethic, good organisational, IT and time management skills;
• Well developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and the ability to deal with clients in a helpful and friendly manner;
• Ability to manage files and caseload without supervision and handle a varied caseload;
• Work to high standards with precise attention to detail;
• Work on their own initiative as well as operating within a team environment;
• Takes responsibility for personal and firm development;
• Ability to support colleagues from other related practice areas and develop team members where appropriate.

The successful candidate will be in charge of the property department and will report to the managing partner of the firm. The role has huge scope for progression in a small firm.
