Shane Harron

Shane Harron was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2012 and works in the firms Litigation Department.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from National University of Ireland, Galway.

Shane has a wide range of experience and skills, acting for both private and corporate clients across all Courts in personal, commercial, and general litigation cases.

Such cases include banking/mortgage litigation, Receiverships and Insolvency and General Commercial Litigation. He also has a well-rounded background in Probate and Property Law.

Shane has been involved in the running a number of high profile/high value cases in the Commercial Court and High Court and is well versed in procedures in the Superior Courts. In addition he has also taken a number of Appeals to the Supreme Court and in the new Court of Appeal.
