Paddy Kelly is the current Managing Partner at McKeever Solicitors in the International Financial Services Centre in Dublin, is admitted to practice in Ireland, England and Wales, and is a CEDR Accredited Mediator.

He has advised extensively on all aspects of Financial Services (including Insurance), Corporate and Private Client Litigation for over 25 years and has acted for many receivers as well as appointing them on behalf of Financial Institutions.

He has extensive experience in advising Financial Institutions on the enforcement of security, including seeking possession, management and disposal of secured property.

He also advises extensively on the reconstruction and rectification of titles, priorities between lenders, environmental compliance and the structuring of asset disposals.

He has advised clients on the taking of proceedings against investment firms in respect of failed investments.
