McKEEVER ROWAN SOLICITORS is recruiting an experienced Litigation Secretary to work as part of a very busy team. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive legal secretarial experience.
JOB SPECIFICATION & DUTIES:
- Providing secretarial support and assistance
- A high level of computer proficiency and excellent audio typing (knowledge of Keyhouse Case Management System an advantage)
- Formatting briefs, pleadings and other legal documents
- Excellent attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of courts’ practice and procedures
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload
- Ability to deal with confidential information, excellent communication/organisational skills
- Ability to deal with clients in a polite, prompt and professional manner
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- A good work ethic and a willingness to learn.
