Emma is a solicitor and consultant in the property and probate department. She qualified in 2002, and joined the firm in the summer of 2022, bringing 20+ years’ experience in the area of residential and commercial property and conveyancing.

Having operated her own firm for many years she is delighted to be back working in a team environment with very experienced assistance. In her former life she provided consultancy services to various firms in specialist property roles.

She worked on the sale and purchase of offices, shopping centres, retail parks, hotels and apartment blocks as well as the outside Law Agent for South Dublin Co. Co. in the development of Tallaght Town Centre. She also worked on the Compulsory Acquisition of lands along the route of the Luas lines.

She is an experienced Probate Practitioner, with specialist knowledge of dealing with French/Irish Estates and property. There has been a sharp rise in contested probate applications and since joining the firm Emma has appeared several times in the Probate List in the High Court.

She advises doctors, dentists and pharmacists in the sale and acquisition of practices and businesses as well as advising on Partnership Agreements and business succession planning.
