
Sarah Fleming is an associate solicitor at McKeever Rowan. She qualified in 2019.
She acts for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in all aspects of litigation and Dispute Resolution, advising on employer liability, public liability and defamation claims.
She has a Diploma in Employment Law and advises and represents both employers and employees on a range of employment law issues including redundancy and unfair dismissal. She drafts and reviews employment contracts, settlement agreements and other employment related documents and represents clients in the Workplace Relations Commission, mediation and negotiating settlements.
She acts for financial institutions, private companies and individuals in enforcement and recovery of debt.
She acts for and advises private clients on a wide range of licensing laws, guiding clients through the application process of obtaining and retention of liquor licences.
In more recent times she has been involved in tax litigation involving appeals before the Tax Appeals Commissioners.
She is currently learning Spanish.
